Need Help!

My painting "Untitled XIV" has been damaged. It has a 4" gash as well as some scrapping of the paint in some spots. I am a sleep walker and apparently last night I knocked it off the wall, among other things.

The problem is that I have no training in restoration or repair. I'm self-taught, so I have no idea what to do now. I have an art show (hopefully) next Spring. It has to be repaired by then so it can be on display.

Anyone have any suggestions or ideas how to tackle this?
